Shipping Area
Luxzatee currently ships only within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international delivery. All orders must be shipped to a valid street address, as we are unable to send packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. By keeping our shipping area limited, we can better guarantee delivery times and maintain the condition of both apparel and pet supplies during transit.
Processing Time
Every order placed through our website is processed within one to two business days. Apparel items, including t-shirts and sweatshirts, are inspected after production or pulled directly from our warehouse shelves, while pet supplies are checked for condition and packaging integrity. Once your order has been packed, it is handed over to the shipping carrier. At that point, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package. Please note that we do not process or ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery within the U.S. usually takes about five to six business days from the time your package is dispatched. Delivery speed can vary slightly depending on your location. Customers closer to our fulfillment center may receive their orders faster, while those in more remote areas may experience longer delivery times. During peak seasons, such as holidays, or in the event of carrier delays, shipping times may be extended.

We want our shipping fees to be clear and fair. All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $4.99, regardless of location within the United States. For customers placing larger orders, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all purchases over $50. No additional taxes or hidden fees are ever charged on shipping. Carriers and Tracking
To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work with trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The carrier for your order is chosen automatically based on your delivery address and the size of the package. Every order includes a tracking number, which is emailed to you once the shipment has left our warehouse. Tracking updates can then be followed directly through the carrier’s website for real-time progress.
